SWICO Recycling is a neutral, non-profit commission of the Swiss Economic Association for Information, Communications and Organisational Technology. It disposes of used electrical and electronic equipment from informatics, consumer electronics, offices, telecommunications, the graphics industry, and measuring and medical technology.
As of 1. January .2011 SWICO Recycling has 640 signatories (manufacturers and importers) at home and from abroad. This ensures that discontinued products are taken back by dealers, at stores and at collection points before being professionally recycled.
